Do you really answer at night and on weekends?
Yes. Wolf is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. Call when the door fails, whether that's 6 AM before work or after midnight, and we'll set up a visit.
Can I open the door by hand if a spring broke?
Better not. With a broken spring you'd be lifting most of the door's weight yourself, and it can slam down. Leave it closed, keep people and cars clear, and call for spring repair.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. The technician inspects the door, tells you what failed and what it will cost, and nothing starts until you say yes.
Will you fix it on the first visit?
Usually. Our trucks carry springs, cables, rollers, hinges and other common parts, so most repairs are done the same trip. Special-order items like a matching panel or a new door take longer.
Can Wolf put in a new door or opener?
Yes. We measure the opening, go over steel, insulated and carriage-style options, and install the door with new springs and track. We also replace openers, and new door installs get 10% off.
