Rollers are the wheels that carry the door up and down the track, and they're the part that wears out quietly until it isn't quiet anymore. Old steel rollers with open bearings grind, wobble and eventually crack, and a cracked roller can pop out of the track.
Garage door roller replacement is a straightforward way to make a door noticeably quieter. We swap in nylon rollers with sealed bearings, check the hinges that hold them, clean the track and adjust it so nothing rubs. If a roller already jumped out, we'll treat it as an off-track repair and find out why.
